A tired Jez Bragg pulled off an equal 3rd place in atrocious weather and still feeling the effects of his heroics at the WS100. All things considered not a bad day at the office for him at least from this blog authors perspective.

Hey, I don't know what happened to last post but what i meant to say was what a great result for Jez Bragg at the WS 100. It is really great to see a british ultrarunner do so well there. Great stuff and i wish Jez all the best in his upcoming races.

I feel great today the wind blowing thru my hair and sun and running as far as i am able. I feel blessed to be alive on days like these.Surely some of you guys out there know the feeling. I really think next year i will be able to meet my goal of doing 50 miles it just seems to be destined. When i read blogs by Catra Corbett and Anton Krupicka it just gives me even more inspiration to reach for my goal. I am sure some of you must feel the same as i do when reading these awesome runners blogs.

Anton Krupicka is the most awesome ultra runner his postings are truly inspirational i really recommend you visit his blog at www.antonkrupicka.blogspot.com. If he doesn't bring your love of running back to life no one can.

Just reading Born To Run by Chris McDougall it is awesome. It is about the Tamahura indians in Mexico who live in caves and can run two days straight. Best book i have read in years.

Walk,Run,Walk,Run,Walk,Run and repeat. I think i may be getting the hang of this i shall be the best ultra walker in the land.
